Please read the following before using the calculator

• The monthly payment must be computed first.
• After computing the monthly payment, select the "Create Amoritization Schedule" button to create a report for printing.
• Any changes to the initial values entered in the form will require recalculation for a new monthly payment and Amoritization Schedule.
• The schedule will appear in a pop-up window, be sure to turn off any pop-up blockers temporarily.
• When the schedule appears, place the cursor in the window, right click, and select Print.
• Do not enter any non-numeric characters such as commas (,) or dollar signs ($) in the form, or calculation errors will occur.
• Periods are allowed.
