Reissue Rates:
Owner's can be given up to the amount of the current owner's title policy which must be less than ten years old. This rate is 70% of the standard rate.
Mortgagee's reissue can be given up to the amount of the current owner's or mortgagee policy which also must be less tahn 10 years old, this rate is also 70% of the standard rate.
Note: We can provide reissue rates so long as we are provided with the prior policy (less than 10 years old) or sufficient information of prior policy.
